Adds a dynamic state and city select box to your search page. Once the state is selected, the city box is populated with the cities in that state. The state box returns the state abbreviation. All data can be changed in the XML files in the data folder.

This addon will display the cities in the state with a count of listings located in each city found in the DB. You can set the number of columns to display, default is 3

This will create menu links for all property classes you have setup and can be added to your menu in main.html. The links are ordered by the class rank assigned.

Use a template tag to display the number of listings in a specific pclass.

This drops the table based layout for the search fields and uses CSS for layout and formatting. The example shows how each of the 13 field types could be displayed. Multiple fields of the same field type, can be formatted differently.

Addon will show how many days the listing has been on the site. This is done by comparing the listing creation date to the current date.

You will be able to Optimize, Analyze, Check, Repair, Backup, and Restore any or all table in your OR database. You need to create a folder named backup under the admin folder in order to use the backup/restore functions. The folder needs to be chmod'd to 777.

Display a link in Control Panel to delete ALL data in the Log. Has a security check (only admin will delete the Log), has an alert confirmation and uses its own lang file. This add-on were tested with a clean installation of Open-Realty v2.3.4

This add-on display Featured Listings by CLASS (random Listings, active and not expired Listings and thumbs set by Rank - included "new field"). Display the Class Name, Listing thumb and Listing Title (with a link to the listing detail page). Tested with Open-Realty v.2.4.3

Use {addon_featuredcheck_show} in your search results template. It will return 'featured' for featured listings and nothing if the listing is not featured.

Flexible menu setup. The admin interface allows you to store all your menu items in the database. As soon as you add a page with the page editor the page can be added to the menu with the menu editor. All instructions are included in a pdf document.
